Website translation and cultural adaptation
Our in-house translation services are currently available from English and French source texts into English, French, Spanish, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. Our integrated network of translators enables us to satisfy most other language-pair requests. Standard and qualified texts are translated by our in-house translators. When the text’s content is specialized (e.g., legal or medical), it is translated and reviewed by specialized translators from our integrated network. Multiple-translator translation is also available, and is popular for high-value added components, such as a website’s homepage.
In order to make sure your content meets your local targets' expectations, we put it through a cultural adaptation process. For instance, that can require changing your website's colors, ergonomics or payment methods. Along with a native translator from the target locality, the working team can also include local graphic designers and industry or marketing consultants. Once the content is localized, it needs to be placed in the website's source file for presentation. That means making sure the graphic and functionality guidelines are kept with the new text, and integrating any other modified elements.We offer source file transcription in virtually all common file formats: whether your site is in pure HTML, emitted using code in PHP/ASP/Python/Java, calling data from database engines such as MySQL/Oracle, or integrated with files from Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Flash, we deliver your website in a ready-to-use format.

Redirection
This service enables users to be automatically presented with the website's version corresponding to their locality, e.g., the Chinese user landing on your website's version for China.
Our redirection tool generates a host file that redirects users to the appropriate version of your website, depending on their browser/operating system locale, and geographical location determined from the IP address. The tool is totally customizable and versatile: you have full control over which version of your site you assign to any given country/language pair.

Updates
Our solution was especially developed to make sure all of your site's versions can be updated in sync.
We have translators over different time zones, so that the translation process can begin as soon as the source text is released. On a technical level, we develop an interface for your site based on your preferred format. Your administrator then uploads the updates, from which the text is automatically extracted and sent to our translators. The translators' text is then submitted to the proofreaders (if you chose that option) and automatically packed back into the website format. It is then sent to your web administrator, or, if you prefer, automatically uploaded to your server.
